Behold, a city run by mobsters & tyrants, a city full of mischief, cast in a constant Twilight. Miscreants run rampant, due to a corrupted line of policemen. The prosperity of the town has quickly gone down the drain, businesses struggle to keep afloat. Jobs are scarce, and tensions are running high between the top two Mobsters, Mr. Dimitri and Mr. Denerro.
